Term 3, 2022 | All Play Adult Rusty Racquets / Improver Level, Tuesday 6:00pm – 7:00pm (8 weeks)

This course will aim to improve your groundstrokes by introducing a more advanced swing that allows you to hit with more spin, and become more consistent by applying forehand/backhand fundamentals.

We will also cover net play by learning how/when/where to hit approach shots and volleys.

We will introduce a more challenging serve motion to hit flat and spin serves more consistently.

You will put all these skills into practice by also starting to play games and mini-matches. In the final weeks we will cover doubles rules, strategy and matchplay.

Please note – if rain effects one of our lessons then an extra make up session will be run in week 10 of term (22 June). If no make up class is needed then a fun gameplay week will be run that can be paid for in advance of attending (James will send out a payment link). If more than one week of classes is cancelled due to rain then credits will be given towards the next term.
