Our Adult Program aims to have something on offer for all levels of play.

Rusty Racquets / Improver Lessons

For players new to the game or returning after some time. Learn sound fundamentals to launch your game from.

Beginner Lessons

These sessions are perfect for people completely new or with little playing experience. Learn the basics and start rallying and playing games in the fun friendly sessions

Private Lessons

Private lessons are available and are a great option if you want to see rapid improvement – see full details here

Custom Group Lessons
