Term 2, 2024 | All Play – Orange – Green Ball Lesson (8-10 years), Monday 4:45pm – 5:45pm (minimum 8 weeks)

Our Orange-Green (8-10 years) classes are designed to give young players the best possible tennis experience by using smaller courts and specialist equipment designed especially for this age group.

These sessions develop Agility, Balance and Coordination skills through a range on games based drills and fun competitions.  The technique for each tennis shot is taught and players are given a chance to practice in a fun games based environment.

Movement along with sending / receiving skills are developed which are important forboth tennis and many other sports.

The rules of tennis are introduced at this age and mini matches can also be played.

Please note – The fee paid is for a minimum of 8 lessons across the 9 week school term. This accounts for the possibility of 1 rain cancellation per term. If there are no cancellations then lessons will run for all 9 weeks.
If more than one week of classes is cancelled due to rain then a make up class on another day of the week is offered.

Cooroy Tennis Club membership: All players that register on a junior tennis course will automatically receive the benefit of junior membership status at the club.
