All Play – Tennis Fit: Games and Matchplay, Monday 9:00am – 10:00am May/June

These session are designed for people that have some playing experience and are looking to hit lots of balls in a fun, fast paced environment.

All of the activities are games based and help develop consistent rallying skills, tactical decision making and of course the ability to get competitive and hit some winners!

Sessions consist of:

1. a warm up phase
2. rallying phase (working with a partner on shot consistency)
3. team games (doubles style games – with drop feeds to keep the pace of the session high)
4. match-play phase with the addition of serves and more formal doubles set-ups

These sessions offer a lot of different elements to players. If you are keen on working on your fitness then the high tempo will keep you moving throughout. For players looking to improve their consistency and shot production then this can also be achieved especially in the rallying phase. And for those who love a bit of fun competition (or those wanting to improve in this area) then you can get this in the game and matchplay phases.
